Part one

The Introducer Charter

Five promises in plain English. They're part of the agreement, not a sales sheet.
1. You introduce. You never advise.
  
  You tell a client we exist and why you trust us. Questions about currency, timing or products come to us, not to you.
2. Client money never touches you, or us.
  
  It goes straight to our regulated partners, into accounts in the client's own name.
3. Each of us looks after the data we hold.
  
  Share a client's details only with their consent. One line is enough:
  
  "Are you happy for me to pass your name and email to CurrencyTransfer, so they can get in touch?"
4. Complaints come to us, never back to you.
  
  Clients can also take a complaint to the regulated partner, and then to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
5. Tell your clients you're paid for introductions.
  
  Your professional body expects it, and it builds trust. Paste this into your engagement letter:
  
  We may introduce you to CurrencyTransfer for international payments. If you decide to use them, CurrencyTransfer pays Northlight Accountants Ltd a fee for the introduction. We don't give advice on currency or payments, and your money never passes through us. You're free to use any provider you choose.

Introducer Agreement

30% of CurrencyTransfer's profit on each client you introduce directly, for the life of each client, for as long as this agreement is in place.

Paid monthly, around the 28th. Your statement shows each client's commission as a money amount. "Profit" is defined in clause 1.
